Derelict Sunday

I noticed this derelict house yesterday on our walk. We went back in the opposite direction today and I took a few pics. It is between other houses that have all been renovated recently, only a block from the main part of town. The land is probably worth a lot.

It’s the first day of spring. It’s Fathers Day and also the 100th birthday of our Aunts Diana and Bo. For Father’s Day we went out to lunch at Nina’s place. Barbecue and pavlova. Yum.
