how long has this been going on?

This is the question we ask ourselves when we walk into the town at round midday.  And we're not the only ones.  The local social media is abuzz with people wanting to know what they're missing out on. 

About 3 hours seems to be the answer.  And the reason?  The local tattoo parlour is having a sale; £20 a pop.  

We pass on the opportunity for such a bargain.
