North Cotswold Steam Show

No longer the Northleach Steam Show, which is fair enough as it is now held in a field about 10 minutes drive away.

We didn't go last year because of the weather. This year heavy rain and  thunderstorms were forecast but luckily they didn't materialise.

There were lots of small scale steam engines but only two or three full size ones. This was one of them, a 1919 Marshall Agricultural Steam Engine. There were lots of vintage tractors, military vehicles, commercial vehicles and classic cars. And dog shows. And owls. Just £3 to handle one, but mrsfb was not keen.

In the extras - is that Grandad?, and a barn owl.
