My Glen Isla Guide

A 16 mile stravaig through Glen Shee then over into Glen Isla.  There was a lot of footering about during the first few miles due to ambiguous way marking.  Latter half of day was great walking.  Especially a four mile loop around Loch Auchintaple.  Sad to report that the walk was preternaturally bereft of avian life.  I couldn't help thinking of Rachel Carson.  More overcast today and, incredibly, it started raining the minute we got back to base.
