Bee on Mint

Today's the day ......................... to hug

I realise that I have done very few bee shots this year - perhaps because they haven't been around in anything like their usual numbers.  So here's one today - an unidentified variety on the mint that grows at the margin of the pond.

It did seem to be very lively and was hugging that flower as if its life depended on it .....................!
