Cannon at the ready!

I have been feeling under the weather since Friday afternoon with a tummy problem.  So I cheated and posted another photo that I took on Friday morning.  For some reason a little fake cannon was placed up on the wall of this house - presumably as a joke!

It’s been really hot today (29C this afternoon) and very humid, so I wouldn’t have gone out even if I had felt okay!  The sun went in late afternoon and it cooled down a bit.

Hoping I will be able to eat a bit more tomorrow!  We have friends calling in briefly in the afternoon on their way to Selsey.
