It's not been a good day for me, health-wise  My days recently are either 'not too good' or 'bad'.  Today was the latter, they seem to be recurring more regularly.   Anyway I made it out to The Farm with Ann where we met Ian for a coffee and a chinwag.

I took a photo of the entrance display as we were leaving the shop.  Unfortunately, for some reason or other, it didn't come out.  So here's a flower photo I took in the garden.
