Evening at Tofte

A very hard day, but a lot is done. We asked our friends from Ukraine if one of them could help us to cut the grass in Dags old garden. Four showed up, and all of them worked like two, for almost three hours. Dag has given them a good, quite new TV, but he doesn´t expect anything back, but they really want to give something back. They say that they have much spare time, since lessons in Norwegian is the only thing which they are occupied with. They say that they used to work hard in Ukraine and miss a job to go to. They helped to carry furnitures, dismantle beds, the garden looked better than for years etc. We are so happy with all the unexpected help, but they seem grateful too. At least we could give them the a freezer and sofa too. They all are so beautiful people, and I will recommend them to others, in the hope of that they can get some jobs.
