A comical concept?

       I found this pebble lurking somewhere around the garden and the thought occurred - "Is it a "Bonsai Breccia"? Sounded better than any possible prefix to conglomerate?
       Top - Dry.
 Bottom - Traditionally "geologically moist."
       "Boulder sized you say ?   ( :¬o)   "

Breccia is a rock formed from angular gravel and boulder-sized clasts cemented together in a matrix."
