“Can I help you?” asks
the cow. “You seem too small
and curly.. How strange!”

This is the cow’s opinion of Leo, it might be thought of as a bit rude.. but that’s cows for you. 
Mr KCNQ2Haiku did an 130km bike ride sportif thing today and I held the fort with Leo and Ben.  The walk we did was pleasant but on the way home Ben decided his leg was itchy and he couldn’t deal with it, he was smashing his walking stick around so close to people’s cars and windows I was quite worried but we made it back to home, he smashed a clay plant pot on the path home but overall I think we got off quite lightly. I checked him over afterwards and there were scratch marks where he’d been itching but no sign of what has caused it all and he calmed down straightaway when we were back and there’s been no further mention of itchiness so who knows what that was, probably a bit of heat rash from walking… sigh.
The rest of the day has been monopoly and cookie baking, pretty chilled in comparison!
