Pembrokeshire

Using this bit of time when the schools are going back to sneak in a little trip to Pembrokeshire. Hoping to get a nice bit of coastal running and sea swimming in.

Ali and I drove down today via a beach picnic on Poppit Sands then onto Nolton. We went straight out for a beautiful run along the coastal path and then I couldn’t resist a little sea swim to cool off. Fish and chips to finish off a lovely day!
