It's Richard!

Until this moment, Caitlin didn't know that Richard was in Edinburgh for a long weekend. I love her look of surprise here - and Paddy's knowing glance. We all met in the Panda bar for cocktails this evening.

Earlier in the day, I finished off the job of treating the garden furniture, restored Mummy hazelh's side table, brewed some ham stock, made two crecy pies and a batch of jam tarts, and prepared dinner for the three of us. Mr hazelh and Richard went for a walk down to Leith and spotted a kingfisher. We also introduced Richard to Norsemen. 

Exercise today: walking (10,052 steps).
