Autumn?

Leaves are falling already. Summer must be over!
Woke at 6am (after going to bed at 2am) with a very loud noise blaring out. I couldn't understand what it was - it sounded like it was in our house but it seemed to be an alarm next door and it was going off for ages. Not a nice awakening! Eventually managed to get back to sleep but it took a while.
Had surprise visit from daughter Karen and granddaughter Sofia bringing birthday presents and cards for my birthday tomorrow.
