Grooming

Don't know why but I slept really badly and then didn't wake till 9.

Didn't do much in the morning except v have put washing and make tabbouleh. Had to go to Margiotta as I'd forgotten the parsley. 

Unfortunately autumn arrived with very overcast skies but the BBQ went well. Good food and good company, though the average age must be pushing 70.

Spent the evening with a cat on my lap watching the final 3 eps of Crime 1 and now I've forgotten what happened in Crime 2!

I kept forgetting there was no-one in the house to speak to. An odd sensation.

And after last night's doom scrolling I have finally deleted the X app..
