September Me

Went early to get a few laps round Thetford Forest in ahead of my first duathlon race in 2 weeks… rode 3 hours, then the kids joined me for an hour, then my sister met us there for lunch and for me to give her glasses back!!! Went for a walk with her, Calvin and Harley the dog, who was a bit on the hot side judging by his panting! Found this giant spiral den so I grabbed this pic while the opportunity was there.
