Space

We realised today it was our last dog walk for a while when we have this much space to ourselves. While the weather's this good we probably won't be able to see the grass for picnicers, ourselves included, when the school holidays start. There has been talk in our local paper of making all dogs at the park wear a muzzle if they're off their lead, personally I don't let Eddie run anywhere near the children's play area, but some people do, others want dogs banned from the park. Maybe they'll then want to ban teenagers for swearing, or the dirty people that leave nappies behind, that would get my vote, but where will it end? An empty park!

H has walked to school on her own again today, but we've had a few tears tonight, as she says it's lonely on her own. Strangely from our little group that have been practicing they've all only done it just a few times, and are back to being walked to school. More confidence building needed.
