Up and off to Roadford lake to support two of my athletic clients in their sprint and half distance Ironman races.
Dippy wasn’t too impressed by everything going on but of course everyone loved his puppy antics before he conked out:)
Luke finished 3rd in the sprint and Taryn 2nd in her inaugural half distance Ironman race.
Lovely catching up with lots of my sporting buddies and their families who had come along to support everyone competing.
Back to the ranch for some minor tasks before tucking into a Sunday roast of local lamb and runaway pork!
We were invited to a small party and firework display by campers celebrating a birthday.
