A little card

I was due to go and visit my friend Gina today but she wanted to spend time with her close family, which I fully understand.  I felt I had not said good bye and had got this card to take with me.  Knowing time is not on her side I had to send a message via WhatsApp just thanking her for being my best friend etc.  Her family read it out to her which is lovely.  The card is in the post but might arrive too late.

Today's distractions - cake baking, I have promised one to a lady on Friday morning so wanted to do one today as practice (see extra)

DIY - sorting out some bits in the house for painting

Extreme berry picking - I need to clear a path to an area for when the meadow is cut but found lots of blackberries (see extra).
