Lunch Date

I didn't realise it was going to be so warm today - they forecast 26 degrees but it was actually 29! Very uncomfortable! 

Got up and had a peaceful start, did chores and then went to a midwife appointment- I hate them and I think this is the penultimate one, fingers crossed. 

Then I met a friend for lunch at Seasons, where we both had this delicious open sandwich. But there was no air and it was super hot, so I was home by 3:30pm, whereupon Little B and I had a two-hour 'rest period' while I Facetimed Little Ro and we chatted. 

Then Lucy unexpectedly came in the evening and we had really nice (noisy!) family time. Poor Little B finds it all a bit stressful though. 

Home, bath, laundry, telly, then bed.
