This is a library

Stockton Heath Library, Warrington. I like to blip libraries. This was opened in 1954. After a day stuck inside due to rain we went to the park for scootering and cycling. Too late to go in. It closed at 5pm. There was a major milestone, when a bicycle was ridden unaided, without stabilisers for the first time.
