Medieval Memories

The wonderful Medieval town of Conflans, near Albertville. We stopped there for a wonderful lunch.

It's beautifully preserved, and mainly traffic free area within the walls. Extra blip shows the old street and you can see the traders signs or symbols hanging outside each dwelling  - including the balls on chains.

Always worth pausing to reflect how surroundings have changed.
