What a day!

A very busy day - and you would have thought it was a special birthday given the amount of times I was sung happy birthday (in Portuguese over FaceTime whilst still in bed by a crowd of mum and dad’s colleagues in Portugal, then twice in Cantonese and once in English at what was actually an event for the English Conversation Practice group to say goodbye to Dan and Kimi and the girls before they head back to Japan, then in English at Under Pressure with a tray bake of my favourite cake that they make - Nutella blondie), then again in English at Julia’s where we had a delicious Brazilian meal topped off with a lime mouse with a candle on top!)! Then after all that back to ours for a group of youth to come round for our final summer holiday Bible study.
