Bats

We went on a bat hunt tonight. Mike brought all his survey kit including the thermal imaging camera & sensitive microphone to pick up the bat clicks but unfortunately the bats didn’t play ball. We did see a couple but not where the kit was set up on the canal side. I think everyone enjoyed their evening which finished with tea, cake & chat.
J had his new hearing aids fitted this morning & then we went to Rowberrys garden centre for coffee & cake & plants of course.
The day started wet & grey but very warm, the sun broke through at times but then we had heavy thunder storms.
