Gently does it

Thanks to Ottawackers good advice, I thought I'd test out this TENS machine a bit. 
The literature that came with it strongly suggested that getting professional help on where to put the tabs was essential.
But I was curious.
So here's the only place I put them, and kept them at a VERY low setting. What a weird feeling LOL
I have the name of a professional that I'll contact this week to set up an appointment.


Ah well.
