Pounamu

A pendant made from pounamu. Only found in the South Island of NZ it's from a group of rocks called ophiolites. Tried to show the structure by using a strong backlight. Thanks to McCaviti for hosting. Also many thanks for the unexpected interest in yesterday's experimental mystery man.
