Out and about - a bit

This morning JP had his first physio appointment at Weymouth hospital. We were very impressed with the whole thing as we thought he wouldn’t get any physio. She was a lovely lady and checked him well, suggesting a few different exercises to get more ‘bend’ in his knee - although she says he’s doing well for 2 weeks post op. 
We then walked down to the seafront, sat for a while then another little walk to a lovely coffee place on the beach. He even managed to bus back home. He’s doing so well.
