Memories

It was our wedding anniversary. We were married at a restaurant near the West Pier and try to celebrate our anniversary nearby. Fantastic food today, fresh moist seafood, a glass of champagne and a sleepy bus ride home. It was cool and dull all day, rain holding off until we got home. I do absolutely love the West Pier; when we first moved to Hove it still looked like a traditional pier. Over the years it's become increasingly dilapidated and in many ways more beautiful as it's reduced to the essentials.
