A beautiful day today, more so after yesterday's dramatic weather.

Maureen's funeral today, sad, of course, but very interesting.
I like to discover details of people's lives, and Maureen's was very rich and varied.

I'm not much interested in jewellery, but I've recently had a short haircut, so have resurrected earrings unworn for years.
These were sitting on the the mantelpiece and fit the bill for macro metal.
