Where did this badge come from?

When we were packing up the old house I came across this badge and I obviously packed it and moved it with me.

I really don't know where it came from but I enjoy the little kilt and bagpipes the wee teddy bear is wearing - reminds me a little of home.

This heat is unbelievable - it is just the fact it is so hot at night still. Thank goodness for a nice cold shower :)
