Not possible when wearing one of these.

An NHS day for me. Firstly an RSV plus my second Shingles vaccination appointment then off for a hip X-ray at the hospital. As my generation sang along with The Who back in the day "I hope I die before I get old".

Obviously today suggests that hasn't happened to me.
