Repairs

There is always something that comes up when any type of home improvement is going on. The stucco on the support beam was starting to peel, which I knew about, but I thought I could just fill the cracks with more stucco - nope. Had to waterproof and cover with an aluminum cap. Tedious work, but worth it.
