An Ex Harvestman

I had a meal delivery run this morning.
It was fun trying to find a  suitable  safe spot to stop and get shots of the crops and straw eggs (they follow on from that shot).

After that I started making a couple of pens.
There wasn't time to finish them as after lunch SWMBO wanted to have a look for some stuff for going on holiday next month. She suggested a new sun hat for me. The first one (medium/large) made me go blind. It didn't just cover my eyes, it nearly covered my nose!. The small/medium one wasn't much better. She bought it. Not for me .... for her. (she has a big head and it fitted her fine).

After that we headed out into the wilds of East Lothian for her last (thank God) dietary meeting.
We arrived a bit early at the hospital so we went and had a wander round the community garden.
I was amazed and the amount of grapes growing in the greenhouse and mentioned it to one of the staff. She was delighted with the crop and told us they were for sale by the bunch. They were quite small (but delicious) so we were allowed 3 bunches for £1.50 .... and got to choose them! (there is a shot of them in the link).

The meeting ended up running late so it was into 'rush hour' when we left the hospital. The expected horrendous traffic didn't materialise and we as near as damn it sailed home.

The ex-harvestman was on a bush outside the front door.
