Me trying to be post  sea walk blown about calm suppose to be looking ok.. dreadful..because  not chilled 4 times wrong at gym ready for winter months need to accept!! nothing else
4th time at local gym getting forms wrong   hoping gym life.improves.. they gave.me a drink.. need more than that! .me looking v sceptical and rightly so..
