a mixed day weather wise

it ended on a high note.

we had a visit from Maggie Quinn,  who wanted to see Noah, and us, of course.
then there was Alec the boiler man, and David the EE chap trying to fix our interwebs speed after the deluge of the 1st sept.

reading:...not quite sure, i've started a few and not engaged with any of them.
watching:  Kleo season 2 - i loved season one and this latest 
does not disappoint.
cooking:  a slow beef and mushroom stew with new potatoes and spinach
