The twig

This plant is old, started off in a pot with trellis behind as it was supposed to trail, it did not flower or grow rapidly. Nearly threw it away, instead planted at back of border and ignored it for years. It has since grown into a small shrub and looked fairly healthy. For two years it has borne these orangey flowers but still not trailing. I took some cuttings but doubtful they will take but as it has survived all winters think it is here to stay - pity I cannot recall the name, but to us it will always be the twig.
