Pilates this morning then I accompanied R to Eastbourne for his dental appt. I enjoyed a seafront run then drove him home via The Tiger, for a drink in the sun (although we ended up inside as plagued y wasps!). It was warm and still enough to enjoy a late lunch outside at home, listening to the waves. Lovely colours of sea and sky today.
