Late

It seems very late in the year for ducklings, we were surprised to find this little family on our walk down the canal this afternoon. We had to tiptoe round them as they seemed content sitting on the bank.
Lots of jobs done this morning whilst the weather was a bit overcast.
We haven’t walked the canal much this year, it was nice to do some barge spotting, some of the new barges are very grand. We tried to sneak a look inside some of the moored up one’s!!
