At the river dam

I fist met/saw him sitting at the river dam about 3 months ago.  Still sitting there.  Happily so.  Finds the city too busy, and he says he gets food donations.  Too many he said.

The extra is a gal who goes by "Monster"; recently moved from the tent city at Victoria Park to her own little house at "homeless park"
