spy or a timepiece. One of the questions of the day today. It's been 30+ today and tomorrow will be worse, closer to 35. Cycling to/from work gave a bit of a breeze. The garden at work is shady with trees and canopy to provide some shade. 

A potential new colleague spent some time in the nursery today. A colleague was asked how would it be if they wore a dress sometimes. Excellent, a new colleague. What people wear is interesting and boring all at the same time. Both the desire to fit in while being different. I think people should feel a freedom to wear what they like. I am reminded of my granny who was suspicious of women wearing what she called "man trousers". Female Drs were described as "lady Drs" in a not alltogether complimentary way. If women can wear trousers why have a problem with dresses or skirts for men. Maybe dresses and skirts will be redesigned to have bigger pockets as a result.
