Hot!

Lovely swim in the lake this morning followed by a run, the leg is much improved!

Off to work for a very warm afternoon, I don't always believe the car temperature display. But on the way to work at 1.30pm it was 31 degrees, at 10.00pm it was 25 degrees at 11.45pm it was 18 degrees. In my bedroom it's 29 degrees, it was 30 degrees but after opening the windows and putting the fan it had cooled by 1 degree!
