More of the same

A slightly bigger run today as we wanted to do a nice circular route, taking in Strumble Head and the lighthouse. The coastal paths are glorious but pretty tricky under-foot and quite hard going. Worth it for the views though. We only did 10 miles but it felt like much longer.

Stopped off at Porthgain on the way back to the accommodation as I’d heard that they do a pretty decent Fish & Chips at The Shed. Certainly didn’t disappoint. A little wander around Porthgain before a cup of tea and a Welsh cake at the Sloop.

Pretty much good for nothing after all that.
