Hibiscus moschuetos 'Cranberry Crush' & malva.

Just outside with the dogs after their dinner for my end of the day garden stroll. You know now that I have hibiscus moschuetos planted in abundance everywhere, the common ordinary colors that have been in gardens forever and many of the new named cultivars. This huge, deep red is 'Cranberry Crush' and I planted 'Mystic Merlin' malva all the way around the lime green picket fence for one of the old fashioned cottage gardens that had already had the hibiscus planted all the way around the fence last year. Now the abundance of reds and pinks and plums and whites are just breath-taking. I photographed a lot of the hibiscus tonight but this deep cranberry red with the little malva nestled against its petals is so lovely I decided to share this one tonight...
