Wine tasting

Among the gastronomic firsts for me this week were barnacles served up last night - a local delicacy but not pretty to look at. This is how they're gathered. Today we had razor clams among the early courses. Never had them before. I was tempted to a blip the rooftop of the Cathedral at Santiago de Compostela.
