Doocot

After GP appointment went for a slow sunny walk around Corstorphine. This is the old Doocot.

Stopped at Dower House Café for a drink & a Bakewell slice. Steady the eating as IBS is still annoying.

Informed should get a date for MRI scan soon. Then go from there. If I can get the gut under control until then would be good & half the battle. Eat what I feel like & rest when need to.

Good to have a decent chat with Doc J as how to progress & how I'm really feeling about myself & what's going on.

Washing out on the whirligig as sun still out when got home.

Rest in the afternoon.
