Ah, the joys of cycling in the real world. Sunshine on your face, birdsong, the smell of the wild flowers, the punctures..

After ten miles or so it became apparent that all was not well with the rear tyre. A quick fix and I thought I could get back home if I took it slowly. I was wrong. So the call went out to the support car. It’s enough to send me back to the virtual world!
