Facelift

There was a commercial building on this plot as recently as May 2014, but it was demolished in the fall of the same year. At that time, the plot was supposed to become a service home for the elderly, but for one reason or another, its construction was canceled and since then the area has been a wasteland, growing all kinds of weeds. 

Now the city's garden department is doing some kind of facelift to the area. I tried to find photo of the building, but I only found a selfmade music video from Facebook. I copied it to other location so you can see it if interested.
