Yellow splash

This rather large, but pretty, shrub decorates the roadside. Stuart and I went out for a brief walk this afternoon. There were a few light drops of rain but, once again, it came to nothing.

This morning we had a Tesco delivery and a visit from a plumber, both of which happened just after 11! Our shower needed the outflow unblocking. We do have a special contraption to catch hair, but it doesn’t catch all of it, so we need to get a plumber in sometimes. He took great delight in passing me the chunk of hair that he had removed! Ugh! He then climbed over the crates of groceries in the porch (having declined the alternative option of simply going out via the garage!!)
