Plant based

Actually they are just plants. The National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies (NAFAS) have a big marquis at the RHS flower show at Wisley this week. This, believe it or not, is a flower arrangement photographed from above. 

The whole show was delightful and not too crowded at all. We bought a few plants, some gardening shoes, a hedgehog, a bird, and several mint.

This incentivised us to do some extreme gardening in the afternoon. I dug with gusto and we cleared and planted with zeal. 

Back to school for the young ones today. The days are getting shorter. The evenings are cooler. Time to embrace the change …
