Lurch

Sat up in bed this morning and immediately regretted it.  It's been a long time, many years, since I last suffered from Labyrinthitis    It was deeply unpleasant then too.

Though I'd better check it wasn't hiding something more contagious as we've guests arriving tomorrow.

Considerably more stable now (in the evening).  Early bath and bed.
