Sunlight

A dreary, cold wet day until late afternoon when there was a let up in the rain. We went for a restorative walk in the forest and were rewarded by brief spells of bright sunshine when it was actually quite warm. Since our last visit the Heather has started to go over, there are red berries on the rowans and blaeberries for the picking, the chanterelle have peaked to be replaced by a wide range of fungi.

Cosmo, as can be seen in the extra, currently enjoys surveying the world from the vantage point of any and every bench we happen to pass.
